PKL 9: Pawan Sehrawat ruled out for the season – ESPN Pawan Sehrawat has been ruled out for the season, with Tamil Thalaivas confirming the news on social media. The Thalaivas star had picked up a knee injury in the season-opener against Gujarat Giants, and has undergone surgery for the same, thus ruling him out for the entirety of PKL 9.

There will also be triple-headers every Friday and Saturday, through the league stage of Season 9. The champions of Season 8, Dabang Delhi KC, will set off their return campaign against U-Mumba on October 7, followed by the league’s Southern Derby in the second match, Bengaluru Bulls vs Telugu Titans.
